I started my career as a Java developer—but I quickly realized that my true passion wasn’t just building software; it was making complex ideas feel simple, clear, and useful to others. That’s what drew me into learning design.
Over the past 12+ years, I’ve designed more than 150 digital learning experiences across onboarding, compliance, leadership, and product training—working with clients in pharma, banking, IT, and retail. Every project has been an opportunity to combine strategy, creativity, and the right tools to solve real challenges.
In 2016, I co-founded an eLearning startup in India. I led a talented, cross-functional team, built a SCORM/xAPI-compatible LMS from the ground up, and developed learning tools that reached over 10,000 learners. That journey taught me what’s possible when good design meets smart technology.
Now based in Germany, I bring that same energy to global projects—using tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, and AI platforms to create learning that’s inclusive, practical, and performance-driven.
Whether it's making onboarding faster, compliance training more engaging, or leadership programs more relevant, I love designing experiences that empower people and help organizations grow.
And yes, I was honored to be named one of the Top 300 Women Entrepreneurs in India by IIM Bangalore. But what drives me every day is helping teams build learning cultures that last, through thoughtful design, smart tech, and a human-first approach.

As co-founder and Managing Partner of DKPR E-Learn, I helped build a digital learning company from the ground up—focusing on real solutions that made workplace learning more effective and accessible. I collaborated with clients in banking, pharma, and IT to create scalable programs that addressed their teams' challenges, whether through interactive courseware, mobile-first learning, or gamified elements. I worked side-by-side with our content, tech, and design teams to bring our ideas to life, and oversaw everything from product direction to day-to-day operations. I also had the chance to represent our work at education conferences, startup accelerators like NSRCEL at IIM Bangalore, and investor forums—helping us grow both our reach and partnerships.
